Hello, friends. First off, I would like to give a big thank you to the folks who have either donated via Ko-fi, purchased stuff, or have got in touch about art over the past couple days. The support means a lot to me! I am glad that people are being supportive in this time of crisis.
But the crisis is nowhere near over. It’s going to be a long road ahead for me and other folks who are “creatives”, rely on the gig economy, work in service and retail, etc.
So, if you like what I do and are in a position to support, please consider it. You can purchase stuff from my shop. You can commission me to draw you something for personal use, or hire me for a commercial art assignment. Or if you feel, you can Buy me a Ko-fi (aka donate.)
And I’m going to keep on keeping on. I don’t want to dwell on the bad news, though it’s hard to not. So on my blog I’ll still be writing about my interests in bicycling, art, photography, urban history/geography, and the like. My more visual outlets (Instagram, flickr, tumblr), will still have a bunch of photos. I just got back a half-dozen rolls of processed film; I’ll be slowly uploading it over the coming week or so. Hope you enjoy.
Stay safe and be well.
