REMINDER: Ride to Swifts is Tuesday September 18

Hey folks! It’s just two days until the Ride to Swifts ride! And the weather for Tuesday September 18 looks GREAT: Sun and a high around 70F/21C.

The deets: Meet at the Vera Katz Statue on the Eastbank Esplanade at 4:30 PM, we depart at 5 PM. Ride 5mi to get to Chapman School in NW to see the Vaux Swifts do their nightly descent into the chimney. Pit stop for picnic supplies. Bring a blanket, and lights and layers are a good idea for the ride home.

Bike Touring Workshop 6 May, 2023 at 14:00 – 16:00 Lords Luggage, 3616 SE Knapp St, Portland, OR 97202, USA Learn about bike touring and camping. Discussing equipment, planning, and cost as well as day-to-day life on the road. $20. Limit 6 participants, registration required.
