Hello all! It’s another year of the Coffeeneuring Challenge put together by Mary over at Chasing Mailboxes. One coffeenuring ride a week for seven weeks, to be done on one’s weekend. Since I don’t have a traditional weekend, I get to choose one of my mid-week days off.
And why not start out with a good one? So I decided to incorporate my first ride with my camping trip to Ainsworth State Park in the Columbia Gorge on 7-8 October. It would be a long, leisurely ride, and of course I’d want coffee in the morning! I’d be using the Coffeeshop Sans Walls clause, of course.
And why not make coffee a good way? Of course I’d pull out my Esbit coffee maker, aka, Kaffeemaschine. It’s cute and gets the job done. And no one else doing the challenge is going to use one. (That’s my challenge to the rest of you participants!) If you’re going to ask questions about this device, look here first.
